PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING “I AGREE” ON THIS PAGE OR USING THE PRODUCTS, CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF CUSTOMER IS NOT ELIGIBLE OR DOES NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE TERMS, THEN CUSTOMER MAY NOT USE THE PRODUCTS. CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS REQUIRES ITS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE POLICIES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE HEREIN, WHICH INCLUDES THE TERMS OF USE SET FORTH AT https://lucidbots.com/terms-of-use
- APPLICATION
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of any and all products detailed in a quotation (collectively, the “Product”) from Lucid Bots (“Lucid”) to a Customer. “Customer” means the person indicating acceptance of these Terms or purchasing Product(s). The issuance of payment from a Customer to Lucid constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
- Payment
Payment may be made by wire transfer, ACH transfer, credit card, or through a third-party financing company. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
The Product(s) will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
- Shipping and Delivery
Lucid agrees to ship the Product(s) to the address specified in the quotation, or otherwise agreed upon by Lucid and the Customer in writing.
Delivery dates are estimates. Lucid is not liable for delays in delivery that is caused by extraordinary circumstances.
- Inspection and Acceptance of Products
Customer must inspect the Product(s) upon delivery and inform Lucid of any damage within five days of delivery of Product(s).
Lucid will provide appropriate repair or replacement of damaged part(s), if damage is identified by Customer upon delivery.
Lucid is not liable to repair product(s) if: a) Customer uses the Product(s) before informing Lucid of damage; b) Customer does not inform Lucid within five days of receiving Product(s) of damage; or c) the damage is a result of the Customer’s negligence, misuse, alteration, or other willful damage.
- Warranty
Lucid will honor a 12-month warranty period from the date of delivery of the Product(s) to the Customer (“Warranty Period”). This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
Lucid will repair or replace parts or components of the Product(s) that are defective due to poor material or workmanship under normal use, at no cost to the Customer. This warranty excludes replacement or repairing of parts due to a) improper use; b) negligent operation; or c) other misuse of the Product(s).
Products that are covered under the Warranty Period include: servo valve, cleaning payload, flight controller, radio controller, motors, electronic speed controllers, propellers, landing gear, and air frame. Lucid does not guarantee that the exact replacement part will be available. If a part is no longer available, Lucid in its sole discretion will provide the Customer with a similar part.
