How it works
Follow the solution from the rig to the wall
The Sherpa drone is the application tool at height. The water, chemistry, mixing, pumping, and hose management begin with the ground rig.
01 Stage the ground rig
Connect to the building's water supply or draw from an onboard tank. A van, open trailer, or enclosed trailer can carry the tanks, plumbing, pump, hose, and reel.
02 Set the mixture
Store water and cleaning chemistry separately, then use a proportioner or prepared batch to create the appropriate mixture for the surface and contamination.
03 Move the solution
The soft-wash pump sends the prepared mixture through the plumbing, hose reel, and delivery hose.
04 Carry it to height
The hose supplies solution to the Sherpa drone while the aircraft moves across the building and the ground crew manages the line.
05 Apply and let dwell
Apply the solution across the qualified surface and allow the chemistry time to break down the contamination without letting it dry.
06 Rinse and inspect
